Our PWT sister, Anna Rodorigues, ran the LA marathon last year to raise funds for a charity called Veronika’s Place. This year, her husband, Trevor, our own Julie Broady, and Julie’s twin sister, Janet, joined Anna. Their dedication and commitment were truly impressive.

I never know that cheering for the runners could be so much fun! I had always thought that the LA marathon was something to watch on TV and check the winners on the news, not something to watch in person on the streets. Who knew that it was so much fun? Okay, everybody must’ve known; that’s why there were so many people cheering along the race path.
